Is there a free Starter plan?
Yes. Supplier Starter is R0 per month for the basic workspace. Paid packages expand tools and capacity; prices and exact limits will be confirmed before activation. Free subscription does not mean every commerce service is free.
Can customers buy directly from suppliers?
Customers buy from runners. Suppliers provide stock and sourcing deals to runners through the wholesale journey.
Do runners need to belong to a supplier?
No. Independent runners can join and source without sponsorship. Suppliers can also work with employed, contracted, agent or partner runners.
How do suppliers join?
Create an account through the supplier joining page or accept a Feya invitation. Staff join an existing business through staff invitations. Verification is required before publishing products or deals.
Are the apps available?
The dedicated Customer and Runner apps are being prepared. Check the apps page for availability; no unconfirmed launch date is promised.
What will I pay?
Customers have free account access and pay for purchases plus any disclosed charges. Supplier paid packages and runner upgrades are being finalised. Review applicable fees before confirming a purchase or plan.
